Correction of the Sieve Curve
AKOREL free-fall classifiers are used to correct the sieve curve of raw sand ranging from 0 – 4 mm according to customer’s requirement.

Principle of Operation
In the free-fall classifying tank raw sand is settling down in different grain size fractions. By blending via user programmable control unit the 6 to 16 individual grain size fractions of a given sand feedstock, one or two quality concrete sands within the desired grain size range (plus a by-product) can be produced.
